*The spices in this tea are ground fine to maximise the flavour for milk. This tea is best served simmered on your choice of milk.
Ingredients - Assam CTC , Ginger, Liquorice Root, Fennel, Cloves, Star Anise, Coriander Seeds, Bay Leaves, Cardamon, Pepper.
Brewing Guide
- 5g tea : 250ml water: 250ml milk
- Simmer tea in water for 4- 5 minutes. Add milk or milk alternative and continue to simmer for 2 minutes. Strain into cup and add sweetner of your choice.
