The class will include;

  • Sponge Cake - plain, chocolate & ginger fluff.
  • Choux Pastry - eclair & profiteroles with creme pâtisserie filling.
  • Scones - with jam and cream.

Cost: $145.00 per person
Location: Bake and Gather - 24 Bell Street, Yarra Glen. 
The price includes a 3 hour cooking demonstration, tea or coffee on arrival, tasting of all the delicious creations and a recipe booklet to take home.

Cancellations: 
7 days prior - full refund available or transferable to a future class. 
6 days to 24 hours prior - 50% refund.
Within 24 hours - no refund available. 
Late arrivals or no shows will result in you forfeiting your experience.
